Reginald J. Richter, Esq. represents nonprofit and for profit real estate owners and developers in acquiring, building, financing and developing affordable and market rate housing. Reggie also represents nonprofit and for profit real estate owners and small businesses involved in litigating disputes in state and federal court. Reggie began his legal career as a corporate attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and briefly left the practice of law to work as an investment banker with Deutsche Bank and a Senior Vice President with the National Community Reinvestment Coalition.
