The Telecommunications/ROW Easement Practice attorneys have a broad range of experience with structuring, negotiating, drafting and recording telecommunications right-of-way/easement documentation in support of various transactions.

Our attorneys have represented a Fortune 500 telecommunications lessee in negotiating and executing end-of-sale-leaseback financing transfers of “hard assets” (fiber optic network equipment) and “soft assets” (easement rights) pursuant to three different asset retention strategies, including the lessee purchasing the telecommunications assets, the lessee purchasing the beneficial interest in the owner trust that controlled the telecommunications assets and the lessee extending the telecommunications asset lease.

Our attorneys have practical experience with structuring, negotiating, drafting and recording telecommunications ROW/easement documents to amend or terminate county-recorded project financing and assignment documents and certain other documents relevant to complex, multi-jurisdictional telecommunications project finance transactions.  Our diverse ROW and easement documentation work in a large number of counties and states throughout the U.S. has generated a wealth of county recording knowledge and techniques specific to the unique county recording requirements from county to county.
