About Kim Taylor
Kim has extensive experience in issues relating to alternative asset management, including issues of formation, management, operations, investment and trading practices, marketing, investors and securities compliance. She has advised numerous clients in the asset management space, including hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity funds, and registered investment advisers. Kim is an experienced advisor to closely-held companies, primarily in financial services and technology, providing assistance in and structuring, corporate transactions, strategic business planning and dispute resolution. She has experience assisting not-for-profit organizations with investment programs as well.
Kim received her JD from Rutgers School of Law – Newark, and her BA from Stanford University. She also serves on the boards of the Workshop in Business Opportunities (WIBO) in New York City, as well as the Rockland Conservatory of Music in Pearl River, NY. She is admitted to the New York State Bar.
